Bug description:
  Please sync nmap 6.40-0.2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Use dh_autotools-dev to update config.{sub,guess} for AArch64.
    * Use dh_autotools-dev to update config.{sub,guess} for AArch64.

  All changes have been incorporated in the Debian package.

  Changelog entries since current trusty version 6.40-0.1ubuntu1:

  nmap (6.40-0.2) unstable; urgency=low

    * Yet another non-maintainer upload.
    * Modernize Debian build
      - Use Debhelper 9, with --parallel
      - Use dh-autoreconf (Closes: #727283)
      - Bump Standards-Version
      - Update git URL
