  Please sync arpack 3.1.5-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
      - libparpack2.symbols: Update symbols for arm64 as an mpich2 arch.

  => merged upstream (debian)

  Changelog entries since current trusty version 3.1.4-1ubuntu1:

  arpack (3.1.5-1) unstable; urgency=medium

    * New upstream release
