Please sync spring 96.0+dfsg-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

This sync is required to make online play work, since this package is
currently too outdated, as shown in lp: #1270616

      + sdl-debian.patch: Rebase against spring 96.0.
      + glshaderSource.patch: Fix a FTBFS with Debian's version of GL/glext.h.
      + use-Debian-java-libs.patch: No changes.
