Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
    - debian/control: Drop faad and oggz-tools build dependencies (in
      universe).
  * Don't build the pypy package (universe).
  * upstream recommended version is 1.27 not the older 1.25 which is in sid. Ubuntu should include both the python3-mutagen package as well as the current python2 python-mutagen package in the universe repository
