Please sync libqt4pas 2.5-12 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Update libqt4pas5.symbols for arm64 and powerpc with gcc-4.8
  * Update symbols file for armel, armhf, and powerpc with g++-4.7
  * Update symbols for powerpc
As noted in the changelog entry for 2.5-11,
libqt4pas now build-depends on fpc so that it only builds
on architectures that have a pascal compiler.
I could sync this myself, but just wanted a second opinion.

Changelog entries since current vivid version 2.5-10ubuntu1:

libqt4pas (2.5-12) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Update symbols file

libqt4pas (2.5-11) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Update symbols file for ppc64 (Closes: #743761)
  * Update symbols file for mips64(el) (Closes: #729766)
  * Build-depend on fpc: According to upstream, libqt4pas
    can and should not be used as generic C Qt wrapper.
    (It therefore makes sense to only have it available on
    architectures where a Pascal compiler is present)
  * Bump standards version: No change needed
