  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Don't leave stage1 unreadable, fixing FTBFS with pkgstriptranslations.
  Builds fine now

      * bug fix: a rare bug affecting 32-bit platforms resulting in a
        fatal condition with the message "Globaldb rehash failure" has been fixed.
