Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Build using dh-autoreconf.

  Changes are included in debian now.

Reverse-dependes like evolution/evolution-rss needs to be rebuilt
to pick up new shlibs definitions.

Changelog entries since current utopic version 4.6.6-2ubuntu1:

gtkhtml4.0 (4.8.4-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.
  * Use dh-autoreconf to update build system for new architectures
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.5
