Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Build with dh-autoreconf for new libtool.
  * Build with dh-autoreconf for new libtool.

Debian has merged Ubuntu changes.

  * QA upload.
  * Call dh-autoreconf before building the package. (closes: #752828).
