The "Fix Committed" status in distro packages is only used the a fix has
been merged and pending upload. Also, this is an unapproved UI Freeze
exception, so its status is New.

Status in “ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  This package above contains updated screenshots and a fix in media.html file.
  The translations shall remain the same, as the strings have not been modified.

  Formerly we wanted to update them for 14.04, but we had no time and we
  let it pass, so the reason behind this UIFe is that we got the LTS
  approval after the UI Freeze (as far as I'm concerned) and we wanted
  to provide updated slideshows.
