Autoreconf sould be suffisient to fix isue with ppc64el?
By using autoreconf the isue with ppc64el is fixed!

Or am i wrong
see build log for debian :

Doesn't autoreconf also run automake ?

  Please sync burp 1.3.48-3 (universe) from Debian sid (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Build --with autotool_dev again to fix ppc64el FTBFS.
    * Use autotools-dev to update config.{guess,sub} for new arches.

  
  Is build with autoreconf witch thich sould do the trik
