Bug description:
  tracker (0.16.2-1ubuntu1) saucy; urgency=low

    * Sync with Debian. Remaining change:
      - debian/control: 
        + Build-depend on libtiff-dev instead of libtiff4-dev
        + Have tracker suggest instead of recommend tracker-gui
