The closest thing to a homepage i could find was
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/app/pclcomp/ , which has went 6 years
since a commit.

  pclcomp is dead upstram, in debian and here. It has no reverse-depends.
  Please remove it from the ubuntu archive
