  "fcitx-qimpanel" is an input panel provided by UbuntuKylin team. It is
  used for fcitx input frame and developed using QT/QML. Compared to
  kimpanel, it is more independent and stable. It will be installed as
  the default panel in UbuntuKylin 13.10.
