I don't quite know what to do with either debdiff or the branch. Both
methods don't let me produce a source package.

It'd be nice if anyone could leave some instructions on what to do with
either of the two. How is the source package put together?

  Hello, please update the shimmer-themes package to 1.6.2.

  Greybird 1.2.2, Albatross 1.5.1, Bluebird 0.9, Numix 2.0, Orion 1.3.

  Changelog:
  * Add support for Granite widgets
  * Add support for Gtk3.9
  * Add support for Client-side decorations

  I've attached a debdiff, please let me know if there is anything
  additional I need to attach.
