Bug description:
  Small bugfixes, no new features.

  synfig (0.64.0-3) unstable; urgency=low

    * Dropped .symbols since they are not useful for C++ libraries.
    * Added new patch to skip "mod_ffmpeg"; thanks Sebastian Ramacher.

  synfig (0.64.0-2) unstable; urgency=low

    * Commented unused libav Build-Depends (Closes: #721105).
    * Replaced unused "ffmpeg" with commented "libav-tools" in Depends
      of libsynfig0 (Closes: #721106).
    * Introduced .symbols and shlibs tightening (dh_makeshlibs -V).
