Please sync openlugaru 0~20110520.1+hge4354+dfsg-4 (multiverse) from
Debian unstable (contrib)

This is primarily a name change lugaru->openlugaru.

This should be synced (and granted an FFE) to Ubuntu due to the original
creators, Wolfire Games, having requested this renaming to avoid
confusion and distinguish between their official version and this
unofficial one.

openlugaru is a leaf package so hopefully less risky.

  * Rework launcher script to start windowed and with no mouse grabbing per
    default.
