This version builds fine in Saucy PPA (buildlog: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/150382122/buildlog.txt.gz) and installs fine as well.

Current Ubuntu changes:

* #1165627 - A change in gir1.2-gtk-3.0 is fixed by using a try/except, falling back to the old behavior for older versions of gir1.2-gtk-3.0.
* #1166884 - Trivial fix replacing aplha with alpha.
* #1166294 - Swapping gsettings key to the appropriate ones.

The current Ubuntu changes in the unity-tweak-tool can be dropped since
they were cherry picked from upstream and the upstream already holds
these changes.
