@debfx asked for more clarification here, as this is quite a big version bump. Filtering the diff (ignoring autotools noise, gitignores and stuff for !Linux arches), we end up with the following interesting changes:
 - support for new IS versions
 - support for extracting single files from the cab
 - fix for a crash on armv5tel (SheevaPlug etc)

esp. without the first one, unshield is pretty unusable with todays
installers.
