Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
This is the latest stable upstream release.  All 4.1.0 PostBooks
packages should be synced together or not at all.  The packages
are postbooks, postbooks-schema-empty, postbooks-schema-demo
and postbooks-schema-quickstart
