Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Link rend library with -lpopt to fix build failure.
  * Link rutil library with -lpthread to fix build failure. (LP: #1208927)
  * debian/rules: Add -lcrypto to LDFLAGS to fix FTBFS.
  * debian/rules: Add -lcrypto to LDFLAGS to fix FTBFS.
The first issue, using popt with rend, is fixed upstream.  The
other issues appear to be unresolved upstream.  If you can provide
a link to a full build log I will seek to have them resolved in
the next upstream release.

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
Minor bug fixes and adding comments to the reTurnServer.config after
requests from some users requesting documentation.
