Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #1058068). Remaining changes:
    - debian/patches/ignore_scripts.patch: Don't use included jconfig.h; use
      the system one instead.

The new upstream release from Debian builds fine.

mupdf (1.3-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release. (Closes: #719281, #686806, #667971)
  * Remove fix_compiling_1.2.patch
  * Disable JPEG2000 support if compiled with libopenjpeg2
  * Fix header mismatch with libjpeg-dev. (Closes: #717201)
