  * Remove patches/0002-link-against-gthread.patch.
  * Remove patches/0001-Bug-665309-Adapt-to-gnome-bluetooth-3.3-API.patch.

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Drop libedataserverui-3-0-dev BD and #include as this library has gone
      away with the new e-d-s.
    * Drop libedataserverui-3-0-dev BD and #include as this library has gone
      away with the new e-d-s.
    * debianµ/control: build-depends on libedataserverui-3.0-dev
    * debianµ/control: build-depends on libedataserverui-3.0-dev
    * debianµ/control: build-depends on libedataserverui-3.0-dev
    * debian/patches/git_eds_update.patch:
      - git patch to build with the new eds
    * debian/patches/new_eds_build.patch:
      - based on a fedora patch, build with yet another new eds
    * Rebuild with the new libgnome-bluetooth
    * No-change rebuild for the libgnokii ABI bump.
    * Merge from Debian Experimental. Remaining Change:
