Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Rebuild to pick up new Xserver dependencies.

* Added use-sigsafe-logging.diff. Fix crashes by using signal safe

* Rebuild for xserver 1.13.
* New upstream bugfix release.

There is no remaining delta. All changes are upstream-related, which
contains Debian.
