    add patch fix-ftbfs-lp1188428.patch from Ubuntu / Andres Rodriguez:
    - Fix FTBFS by renaming a duplicated var name 'i' (struct and int), for
      the struct.

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * debian/patches/fix-ftbfs-lp1188428.patch: Fix FTBFS by renaming a
      duplicated var name 'i' (struct and int), for the struct.
  The Ubuntu patch was pulled into Debian.

  Changelog entries since current trusty version 1:3.0.5-3.1ubuntu1:
