Please sync prelink 0.0.20090925-8 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Explicitly link prelink with -lpthread.
  * Explicitly link prelink with -lpthread.

Debian has linked -lpthread another way, but package builds fine (i386).

Changelog entries since current trusty version 0.0.20090925-7ubuntu2:

prelink (0.0.20090925-8) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
  * Add debian/patches/ftbfs-no-copy-dt-needed.patch: (Closes: #713628)
    - Fixes a FTBFS with The --no-copy-dt-needed linker flag which requires
      that all needed libraries are explicitly added to the linker command
      line.
