Sorry, I didn't see your propose. However, my debdiff contains more important changes, I'm so sorry. You can go ahead and prepare another one.

* New upstream release
- fixes CVE-2013-1990 and CVE-2013-1999
* Bump debhelper compat level to 7.
* Use dpkg-buildflags.
* Disable silent build rules.
* Replace dh_clean -k with dh_prep.

In the past, there are dropped following changes:
look @ http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/trusty/libxvmc/trusty/revision/15/debian/patches/01_support_alternatives.patch it contains the changes in files debian/libxvmc1.install and debian/rules, which have been deleted from patch in the next merging. I'm re-adding them in my debdiffs.
