[Bug 1185739] [NEW] setup.py stumbles about an umlaut in jsonpatch.py when running under Python 3

When trying to install the module for use with Python 3 the setup.py
stumbles upon an umlaut in jsonpatch.py which causes a FTBFS (that's the
same error as in python-json-pointer (#1185170)).
