Title:
  Sync acl 2.2.52-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in “acl” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Please sync acl 2.2.52-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Update config.guess,sub for aarch64
  This autoconf update was made in Debian as well, so the Ubuntu delta is no longer necessary.

    * Upstream renamed configure.in to configure.ac and didn't ship it.
      Add 01-configure.in.patch
    * Fix missing ldflags
      Add 02-687535-fix-missing-ldflags.patch
      Patch by Simon Ruderich
      Closes: #687535
    * autoconf update for arm64 building
      Closes: #689610
