Removed from the sync blacklist and synced into Ubuntu. That should
cause the existing binaries from being taken over by the new source.
Once that's done we can do the final removal of the old source.

Title:
Please remove mesa-glw from Ubuntu, remove glw from the sync
blacklist, and then sync glw 8.0.0-1 from Debian

Status in “mesa-glw” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  mesa-glw (7.4-0ubuntu1) jaunty; urgency=low

     * This is a special edition of the mesa package that
splits out the GLw packages for Universe, since these have
       been removed from Ubuntu/main.

This has now been done in Debian:

  glw (8.0.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

    [ Sven Joachim ]
    * Initial Debian packaging of glw now that it has been split out
of the mesa source (Closes: #673233).
