[Bug 1180455] [NEW] SRU boinc from saucy

Please SRU boinc 7.0.65+dfsg-3 (not yet uploaded) from saucy
I would like to see it in precise+ releases.

In precise boinc-amd-opencl e.g. has NEVER been working, and this is fixed on saucy.
[Impact] 

 * This new release fixes MANY ubuntu/debian bugs since an year, I have
personally sent patches upstream (sometimes) so they have been
automatically fixed many times with new versions
