The Xubuntu Documentation was updated in time for upload but due to
circumstances beyond an uploading developer's control he was unable to
get the new version submitted in time for freeze.  Right now we are
stuck with 12.10's documentation in the 13.04 ISO image which is not
good for users.  We need upload permission to get the finalized version
in.
