Bug description:
  Updated package satisfies basic requirements for the FeatureFreeze Exception:
  * Package builds fine: https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=qxmpp
  * Package installs and upgrades without any problems.
  * Package does not break packages which depend on it, because:
    - there are no such packages in Ubuntu repository yet
    - ABI of library was not changed

  Changes in the library:

  QXmpp 0.7.6 (Mar 9, 2013)
  -------------------------

    - Add QXmppClient::insertExtension to insert an extension at a given index.
    - Disable Facebook / Google / Facebook specific mechanisms if we do not
      have the corresponding credentials.

  Changes in the package:

  qxmpp (0.7.6-1) unstable; urgency=low

    * New upstream release.
