This bug is for a new source package sphinx-voxforge-en. It is derived
from the Voxforge audio corpus, which is licensed under the GPL version
2.

I have built and packaged this so that Ubuntu Touch's HUD can have
access to an international English acoustic model (i.e. not just limited
to US English).
