[Bug 1154302] [NEW] add image name as tag to ubiquity bug reports

In Kubuntu we track bugs by tagging them with 'kubuntu' for packages that aren't specific to us. 
It would be good if apport could do that for ubiquity so bugs from our images end up on our watchlist by themselves when they are filed.
