  This bug is for a new source package sphinx3. It is licensed under a
  BSD-like license.

  It is used for training acoustic language models, and has been
  employed to build an international English acoustic model using
  Voxforge for Ubuntu Touch's Unity HUD. (See LP: #1141942)
