Please sync java-common 0.48 (main) from Debian experimental (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Drop creation of java-6-openjdk and java-1.6.0-openjdk links in
    default-jre-headless as default is now OpenJDK 7 (LP: #1084954).
  * Default to OpenJDK 7.
  * java-common: Mark it as Multi-Arch: foreign.
  * Keep old jvm symlinks in the openjdk-6-jre-headless package.

The "drop creation of links" change undid the "keep old symlinks" one.
The other two changes have been done in Debian too.

    openjdk-7.
