Is it available in raring?
Older versions don't work with Twitter API 1.1, so this package should be upgraded in supported ubuntu releases.

  Current version of python-twitter (0.8.5-1) uses Twitter API 1.0 which is no longer supported by Twitter, so this package should be updated.
