Please sync libdmapsharing 2.9.17-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * New upstream release with official GStreamer 1.0 support
  * Drop backported patch to port to 1.0.
  * BD on libgee-0.8, per upstream.
  * No need to autoreconf any more now that we're not patching.
  * Take patch from upstream bug #680797 to build against gstreamer 1.0.

The only remaining diff is that the Ubuntu package build-depends on
the optional libgee-0.8. That dependency doesn't really change anything
because both it and vala (which isn't in the build-dependencies) are
required for the dpapview feature. I don't think there was a conscious
decision to try to enable dpapview anyway.
