Status in “python-json-patch” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When trying to install the module for use with Python 3 the setup.py
  stumbles upon an umlaut in jsonpatch.py which causes a FTBFS (that's
  the same error as in python-json-pointer (#1185170)).
