Sorry,  I eventually found out it was available in saucy.  The packages
search did not bring it though http://packages.ubuntu.com/python-pbr


requestsync looks nice.  Some wiki page could use an update to emphase it:

 https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SyncRequestProcess , it is mentionned at the
very end of the page :(

 https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/NewPackages  ask to fill a
bug in launchpad with not much precision.

Bug description:
  python-pbr is a python module created by OpenStack. It has been
  uploaded in Debian testing for the first time on June 6th.

  Could you please sync it in Ubuntu repository ?
