Please sync libvdpau 0.4.1-8 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Merge from Debian Unstable (LP: #1010920). Remaining Changes:
- Drop gcc-multilib and ia32-libs-dev from build-dependencies
- Drop lib32vdpau1 binary package from debian/control
- Drop lib32vdpau1.{lintian-overriders,install,symbols,postinst} files
- Comment out 32-ARCHS in debian/rules so multilib stuff isn't run
- Mark Debian VCS links XS-Debian
Above changes were made in 0.4.1-7
Changelog entries since current raring version 0.4.1-6ubuntu1:

libvdpau (0.4.1-7) unstable; urgency=low
* The last (and only) reverse dependency of lib32vdpau1 was the non-free
nvidia-vdpau-driver-ia32 which is now an empty transitional package.
* d/{control,lib32vdpau1.*}: Drop lib32vdpau1 package. (Closes: #679524)
* d/{control,rules}: Remove support for building the extra 32-bit biarch
library on amd64.
* libvdpau1: Add Replaces/Conflicts: lib32vdpau1 to ensure the old biarch
package gets removed properly.
* Update lintian overrides for duplicate files generated by doxygen.
