I checked the first translation change from the patch and found the
patch author in the copyright header in po/es.po. Therefore I assume
that all changes from the patch went upstream.
** Changed in: klavaro (Ubuntu)
Status: Confirmed => Fix Released

Title:
Sync klavaro 1.9.6-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Status in “klavaro” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Please sync klavaro 1.9.6-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- debian/patches/03_fix_mixed_spanish_english_strings.patch: fixes mixed
interface.
This patch isn't even applied (my mistake from the previous merge), and it is no longer applicable to the current po/es.po file. It should be safe to drop it, as it is the only delta, and it is irrelevant now.
Changelog entries since current raring version 1.9.4-2ubuntu1:
klavaro (1.9.6-1) unstable; urgency=low
* New upstream release.
* debian/patches/blinking_cursor_fix.diff: Removed.
* debhelper 9.
