It looks pretty good, but I'm not entirely confident in including such a
large patch (re. PPPoE Intermediate Agent support) considering there
hasn't been any upstream review yet.

To ease review in the future, could you please provide the changes as a
debdiff or a bzr merge proposal instead? Thanks!

Bug description:
  There are new upstream version 3.10 is published: http://www.roaringpenguin.com/files/download/rp-pppoe-3.10.tar.gz
  instead of those 3.8 included in distribution. The new version add new functionality and fix some bugs. Please, consider to update pppoe to new upstream version.
