Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * d/control: Update Breaks/Replaces versioning for python-json-patch->
    python-jsonpatch to accommodate backports.

Ubuntu changes have been merged in 1.3-4.

Changelog entries since current trusty version 1.3-3ubuntu1:

python-json-patch (1.3-4) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Fixes Breaks / Replaces so that it works with backports too.
    (Closes: #732365).
  * Sets Section: oldlibs & Priority: extra for the transition package.
