Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * debian/pydist-overrides: Add pydist-overrides to override
    beautifulsoup4 -> python-bs4 (LP: #1153412).
  * Update maintainer.
Appears to be fixed in debian
The debian FTBFS/RC bug can be fixed by repacking the tarball with no changes.
