OK, this was failing to be promoted because it's dep8 test failed.  I
uploaded a fix for it to the archive, and forwarded the patch to Debian.
Hopefully we can get back in sync soon.

But I'll close this bug since we did sync, despite immediately then
getting out of sync due to my patch.
