  Please sync python-happybase 0.7-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * debian/control: Dropped python-nosexcover its not being used
      by the tests.
  Fixed in debian

  Changelog entries since current trusty version 0.6-1ubuntu1:

  python-happybase (0.7-1) unstable; urgency=low

    * New upstream release (Closes: #730368).
    * Drops python-nosexcover as its not being used by the tests.
    * Do not build-depends on openstack-pkg-tools anymore.
