Looks like it conflicts with our version of glew because we temporarily
reverted back to 1.8.0, while keeping the 1.9.0 as a sort-of-epoch.
We'll probably need glew 1.9.0 from Debian before we can sync this.

  Please sync psychtoolbox-3 3.0.11.20131017.dfsg1-3 (universe) from
  Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * debian/patches/gcc-4.8-move-extern-block.patch,
      debian/patches/gcc-4.8-use-memset.patch: Backport a couple of patches from
      upstream to build with gcc-4.8.
    * Rebuild for libglew1.8.
  Fixed in debian
