Sorry, can't sync because of mismatching checksum. This doesn't add any
new changes, anyway, and the package will be removed soon from both
Debian and Ubuntu.

  Please sync tiff3 3.9.7-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
      - debian/control: Stop Providing libtiff-dev, which will be provided by
        tiff now. This will make libtiff5 the default libtiff.
  Fixed in debian

  Changelog entries since current trusty version 3.9.7-2ubuntu1:

  tiff3 (3.9.7-3) unstable; urgency=low

    * libtiff4 -> libtiff5 transition: drop libtiff4-dev (and therefore
      libtiff-dev).  The tiff3 source package is planned for removal from
      jessie.  There is no longer any dev package for tiff 3.x.
