fine.

  Please sync ust 2.3.0-4 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * debian/control: fix transition between liblttng-ust0 and liblttng-ust2.
      (LP: #1246620)
  This was fixed in ust 2.3.0-4 in Debian.
